I use the WoD in a "toolbox" approach-- I mix & match the crunch. So maybe things like prehensile intestines are exactly what I want. I'll flip through it.

That's a great question, and I can't provide my own answer, because I don't have Requiem. But this book addresses it in a sidebar: "If you do have Requiem, you have two choices: use this book for its angle on hunters, but use Requiem for the basic systems; or use them in tandem. This book presents new rules and takes on the vampire, and they can be mixed and matched with what's in Requiem. That works well to keep players on their toes."

Let me put it this way-- this is an honest question-- why would I buy this book if I already owned Vampire: The Requiem?
