Robot Viking Taking a Few Days Off

July 20th, 2009 by Ed Grabianowski

I’m taking a day or two off this week to work on other projects. When we return to our regularly scheduled programming later this week, we’ll have the next revision of the Project: Death Race alpha rules, plus reviews of Divine Power, the Eberron Campaign Guide and the Rebellion Era Campaign Guide for the Star Wars RPG. So don’t touch that dial! I should have another special feature to debut as well.

In the meanwhile, take a look at my Magic standard format deck and suggest ways to make it legal with the loss of Tenth Edition and the introduction of the Magic 2010 cards.I’m thinking of replacing the Moggs with Llanowar Elves, which will allow me to be even more aggressive with Countryside Crusher and Goblin Razerunners. And of course, good-bye Incinerate, hello Lightning Bolt. Any other thoughts?

I’ll live with it if it means new Project Death Race rules.
I’ve been building my army of cars for this moment!

Tell the truth, you’re really just busy re-reading Blackest Night, aren’t you?

FINE. I guess I’ll take days off from visiting! (probably not)

silentstriderm: Dude. Do you have a camera inside my house or something?!

A camera in your house? No! I need all the electronics I can spare here with me so I can finish the time machine that will let me read the rest of Blackest Night right now!

But seriously, I am so psyched for this. The GL corner of the universe has pretty much been the only good part of the DCU as of late, in my opinion at least.

Gail Simone’s Wonder Woman run has been good, if a bit uneven. I think Justice League has been solid for the last two years or so. But yeah, I’m fired up about Blackest Night in a big way.

Well, dang. I was looking forward to having a bunch of posts to read when I got back from vacation. Oh well. You need your break.
