I just think the big wacky eldrazi won't see play. Gideon is awesome, I want one. As far as I can see, and that's admittedly not far, Eldrazi is going to be an interesting Limited format, but a set that will fall by the wayside in the long run. It could be the set everyone remembers for breaking Magic forever, jury's still out on that in my neck of the woods, but I'm leaning toward the latter. There's lots of other stuff that will be important. [card]Consume the Meek[/card] will find a home. [card]Gideon Jura[/card] is a control deck's dream come true. The new counterspell is very playable. I'm very curious to see how levelers work out in Standard. Some of them are very very good. Myself, I was waiting for the Urza lands equivalent before I even began to believe they were playable. I still don't think that many of these will see play except as combo finishers when [card]Banefire[/card] rotates out. Get infinite mana, win big. Otherwise I think that aggro will outrun them, unless there's some damn good control out there.
