The Revenge of the Return of Miniature of the Week
This week’s entry in the professional division comes courtesy of On the Lamb Games’ Brushfire, a tactical war game featuring anthropomorphized animal warriors.
On the Lamb was kind enough to send me the rules and pile of minis to review some time ago, and I’ll confess I’m woefully late on getting that review done. I’m blaming it mostly on my inexperience with assembling metal minis and my lack of appropriate supplies to get the job done properly. I’ve got a trip to the hobby store (and apparently the plumbing supply store!) in my near future.
I love these minis because they’re very different from what we usually see. Let’s be honest, we’re probably going to have a lot of dragons and orcs and elves in MotW. I love those things, but it’s pretty cool seeing something as unique as humanoid bulldogs carrying rifles.
