Green Ronin Unveils Incredible New Cover Art for Song of Ice and Fire RPG
Green Ronin has a new edition of their Song of Ice and Fire RPG coming out in a few months, and they’ve previewed the brand new cover art by Michael Komarck.
This new edition, called the Game of Thrones Edition, is obviously (and smartly) designed to take advantage of the hype surrounding the HBO series. They’ll start taking preorders in April, when season two of the series begins. It will include fully revised rules from the original core rulebook, plus a full-length adventure.
I haven’t had a chance to play the Song of Ice and Fire RPG, but that cover art is flat out amazing. It depicts a historical event for fans of the series, Robert Baratheon and Rhaegar Targaryen at the Battle of the Trident. If you head over to Green Ronin’s blog, you can find a full-size, hi-res version of the cover, which you might make into your desktop wallpaper if you were so inclined.
