Teaser Trailer for Mechwarrior Online Drops

The ability to pilot a giant battlemech against other human pilots online is enough to get a gamers drooling all over their SRM launch controls. Here’s a look at the new teaser trailer for Mechwarrior Online, featuring a big friend who carries the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Mechwarrior Online has no specific release date, but is planned for some time in 2012. It will be a PC-only game. The official site has more info.

    I WANT THIS! I’ve loved the heck out of Battletech as a setting and I love their approach to giant robots in general. I like the flashier Japanese mecha , but I really love the beat up old warhorses of Battletech.
